Saint Barthélemy

Luxury Villa Rentals in the Caribbean

Eleven private villas on Saint Barthélemy, the quiet French island where superyachts moor off Gustavia and the beaches never fill. Infinity pools, ocean views and a concierge who lives a few minutes away.

The island

Eight square miles, and very little hurry

Saint Barthélemy is small, French and deliberately low-key. No high-rise hotels and no crowds, just a run of bays, a handful of serious restaurants, and a harbour at Gustavia where the boats come and go. Our villas sit above the best of it, in Lurin, Flamands, Petit Cul-de-Sac and the heights over town.

Most have a private infinity pool and look straight out to the water. Every booking comes with daily housekeeping and an island concierge who can line up a chef, a driver, a beach-club table, or a private boat charter.

The villas

Eleven villas to choose from

From two-bedroom hideaways to seven-bedroom estates, each chosen for its view, its pool and its privacy. Open any villa for its gallery, layout and rates.

Good to know

Planning your stay

When to go

High season runs from mid-December to April: dry, warm, with steady trade winds. Spring and autumn are quieter and often close to half the high-season rate.

Getting there

Saint Barthélemy is reached from Saint-Martin by a short flight on a light aircraft, or by ferry. The concierge books the connection and the transfer to your villa.

What is arranged

Daily housekeeping is included. The concierge can add a private chef, a driver, beach-club reservations, and boat charters.
