Rates depend on the property, the season and the length of stay. The Saint Barthélemy villas and the Loire château are quoted on request; they are busiest from mid-December to early January and again in February, and noticeably gentler in spring and autumn, often close to half the high-season rate. The Charlevoix chalets are priced per night, from $399 CAD. Send the concierge your dates and you receive a written quote, with options, within 24 hours.
Tell the concierge your dates and your destination. They confirm availability, hold the property, and send a written proposal. One person looks after the whole trip, from the first enquiry to the last departure, with no handovers and no call centre.
High seasons such as Christmas in Saint Barth and the ski weeks in Charlevoix book six to twelve months ahead, and the most sought-after villas a full year out. Shoulder seasons are more flexible, often four to six weeks ahead.
Each property page lists exactly what is included. Villas come with daily housekeeping; most chalets include a Nordic spa and a fireplace. Extras such as a private chef, a driver or transfers are quoted separately and added to any booking.
Three destinations: Saint Barthélemy in the Caribbean, the Loire Valley in France, and Charlevoix in Quebec. Eleven villas, eight château houses, and fourteen chalets, each run by a local team.
From two-bedroom villas and four-person cabins to a seven-bedroom estate, a six-bedroom lodge, the 33-bedroom château. Every property page lists its exact capacity.
It depends on the property. Several of the Charlevoix chalets accept pets for a small fee. Ask the concierge before booking and they will confirm for the property you have in mind.
Saint Barthélemy is at its best from December to April. The Loire Valley is finest in late spring and early autumn. Charlevoix has two seasons: skiing from December to March, and green forest, kayaking and whale watching from June to September.
Saint Barthélemy is reached from Saint-Martin by light aircraft or ferry. The Loire estate sits between Tours and Angers, under two hours from Paris. Charlevoix is about two hours from Quebec City. The concierge arranges every connection and transfer.
